I help women and mothers heal from anxiety, trauma, burnout, overwhelm, and loss. I support them in reconnecting with their whole self—emotionally, personally, and spiritually—so they can move toward more peace, purpose, joy, and a grounded sense of well-being. You may be the one everyone depends on. On the outside, you’re holding it all together; on the inside, you’re carrying more than most people see. As a therapist, former educator, and mother of four, I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work with women and mothers navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, grief, and life transitions. I know how easy it can be to become so focused on caring for others that you lose sight of your own needs, identity, and well-being. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you can slow down, process what you're carrying, reconnect with yourself, and move toward greater peace, clarity, and a renewed sense of balance.
I specialize in supporting women who give so much to others and are ready to reconnect with themselves. Together, we explore who you are beyond caregiving, release guilt around self-care, and develop gentle, practical ways to set boundaries, reduce stress, and feel more balanced and confident in your everyday life.
